Getting access

Access to a project comes from your organisation or from the firm assessing it, so ask them for an invitation. If you don't know who that is, email us.

Signing in

The web portal and the mobile app use the same account. If you've forgotten your password, use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page.

The mobile app

CyberVault for iPhone and iPad shows what waits on you, your projects, their findings and your notifications. The work itself stays on the web portal. To stop push notifications, turn them off in Settings.

Deleting your account

In the mobile app, use Settings › Request account deletion, or email cybervault@247cyberlabs.com. We close the account and delete your personal details within 30 days, and confirm by email. Records that belong to an assessment are kept, as the Privacy Policy explains.
